Greetings dear friends,
ShowerUp is non-profit organization that believes everyone deserves a shower, and they are making it possible for Interfaith Action to offer showers to guests at the Hospitality Center for the Homeless. ShowerUp operates a mobile shower unit in a self-contained vehicle with three private shower stalls and changing areas. All that is required is a water hook-up which St. Mark’s Episcopal Church has agreed to provide. ShowerUp heats the water and provides towels, soap, shampoo and even underwear, all at no charge to Interfaith Action. The ShowerUp vehicle comes to the Hospitality Center twice a month. Our participants are grateful to have hot showers so easily available for them. And, Interfaith Action is grateful for our ShowerUp and St. Mark’s partners!
